Physical Development is one of the five equally important areas for holistic growth of an individual. It is about sports and physical activities, and at the same time it is also about health and wellbeing. The Social and Emotional growth that gets fostered through sports is immense. Some element of competition is inevitable, but it is not about doing better than others, it is about doing your best. Through this process we can inculcate watermarks like patience, resilience, reflection, learning from setbacks and trying to do better the next time. It is about the sportsman spirit and striving to do the best that you can. The School, in its full capacity, will offer a range of sports / activities which may include some or all of the following:
